The room was clean and spacious, felt like a suite at a great price. Loved the tub, balcony, and activities offered. Staff was friendly. Some issues with deposits, hot water, and maintenance, but overall a peaceful stay with lots to do. Looking forward to a return visit!

The hotel's location was marvellous, right by Virginia and great shopping outlets, reaturants and fun outdoor activities from historical site to zip lining and golf. The room we had included central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave.

During our recent stay, we chose the property for its convenient proximity to the various attractions in the area. The amenities, including the indoor pool and mini golf, were enjoyable for our group, especially my daughter and her friends who celebrated her 15th birthday by the pool. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, adding a positive touch to our experience.

Loved all the activities. People were great. Called about a tv problem and they were there immediately and followed up.
They did try to get us to listen to a timeshare seminar three times but were very polite when we said no.

The room was well-kept and there were a living room and a kitchenette area.

The rooms were perfect for our big group, the beds were cozy, and the location near Busch Gardens was a major plus. The heated indoor pool was a hit, and the basketball court kept my nephew entertained. Potential for better communication regarding the security deposit still lingers, but overall, we had a blast and can't wait to come back! 🌟

The unit had a lot of room. It was well maintained and clean . The location was close to all the places we wanted to visit. Busch Gardens was a short drive as well as the historic area. We got a discount at the Williamsburg golf courses which were right next door. The grounds are well maintaned and pretty
The place is family oriented so maybe not an ideal choice for couples without children, especially in summer. Even in September, when we were there, there were a lot of children at the pools. There is no adult only pool and I like to relax at the pool in peace and quiet. The pools also were not heated and the water was cold

We were told on several occasions that appointments had been made for us to attend timeshare meetings, each time we made it very clear we were not interested in attending, this was disregarded and we were asked yet again. This persistent approach was very annoying and stopped us from going to reception for support. We were unaware that this was a timeshare resort, this should be made clearer at time of booking.

My recent stay at Greensprings Vacation Resort in Williamsburg was pleasant. Despite minor issues with the apartment's cleanliness, the pool area was lovely and the customer service from Latasha was exceptional. Looking forward to returning for a relaxing getaway in the warmer months.

The resort is very well located with excellent road links to Williamsburgh and the surrounding area. The resort is family oriented and well maintained. Our accomadation was a two bedroomed condo which was a great size for a family of three and the kitchen / dining facilities were excellent. We were located in building 23 which was a short walk to the resort pool and facilities. The gym is compact but well equiped and the resort staff were friendly and very helpful during our stay. We made it clear at check in that we were not interested in Time-share marketing and we were not bothered at all during our stay.
The bed in our condo was very soft, so not great if you have a bad back! The furniture and decor were tired and the living area and bathrooms required freshening-up. We were in the middle of three apartments and the noise from people upstairs could at times be very annoying. Some of the accommodation is quite away from the resort pool / activities area, so be wary of where you are located during your stay. The activities desk has a selection of games you can hire for free but most of the games were tatty and had parts missing. This was minor but very simple to solve, and prevented us from hiring family games.

I loved the spacious rooms and resort amenities at this property, all at a great price. The convenient location made it easy to explore. However, the presence of short hairs in the bed covers and the disorganized housekeeping with trash bags outside rooms were off-putting. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude and were unhelpful, plus the outdated and dirty apartment was a disappointment. Despite some positives, the overall experience was marred by rude staff and lack of cleanliness.
